~~ 圖書借閱規則 ~~


1) 凡為"多倫多蘭藝會"會員均可以參加圖書借閱, 每張會員證內號碼即代表借閱者號碼.

2) 每位借閱者必須繳付(首次借閱按金費為$40元正), 本會將會發出收據以資証明, 此按金將會在其終止會員會籍時退還給持証人.

3) 該項按金作用於書籍借出後有任何損壞或遺失時作為賠償之用.

4) 每個會員證可以每次借出書籍兩本或雜誌六本. 借閱及還書期皆在本會每兩個月一次例會舉行時歸還. 即借閱書籍期限為下一次例會日期.

5) 本會將會在本會網站上列出本會可借出之書籍及雜誌等目錄, 會員可在網上留言預約希望借閱之書本或在例會時向負責人預訂, 以使本會負責人在例會時攜帶有關書籍. 此外, 本會圖書館負責人將會在每次例會時帶備約20本書籍給予會員借閱.

6) 有關罰款及賠償細則:
a) 逾期還書 - 罰款每本每日$2.00, 最高上限為$20.00 或書籍加稅項相同價值, 以較低者為準. 但如果會員預知不能在例會時還書: 而有關會員(借閱者)必須在指定還書日期前不少於3天前, 預先聯絡圖書館負責人: 王太電話 (416) 298-9635: 並且安排在指示地方還書, 否則該會員應照愈期還書者罰款.
b) 有關罰款必須在下一次例會或以前全數繳付, 否則其借閱權利將被終止, 而罰款數目將由其按金內扣除.
c) 如有任何遺失或損壞, 塗污書籍, 必須照書藉原價賠償.

7) 本會保留有關外借或不借圖書` 雜誌等權利.
